The check-in process was a complete disaster, taking hours while we watched the front desk scramble. The room was dusty, with unclean towels and sheets that made our stay uncomfortable. Worst of all, the drinking water was salty, ruining any chance of enjoying the all-inclusive experience we had paid for.
